At Mialtus, it is our constant endeavour to ensure that your queries and issues are resolved on priority
STEP 01 FIRST COMPLAINT
In case you want to register a grievance, write an email to helpdesk@mialtus.in . Your grievance will be registered and you will receive a response within 7 days of us receiving your email.
STEP 02 MIALTUS GRIEVANCE DESK
If the resolution you receive from support@mialtus.in does not meet your expectations, do write to the Mialtus Grievance Desk at grievance@mialtus.in. You will receive a response within 7 days of us receiving your email.
STEP 03 COMPLIANCE DESK
If the resolution you receive from grievance@mialtus.in does not meet your expectations either, you may write to the compliance Desk at compliance@mialtus.in . You will receive a response within 7 days of us receiving your email.
NOTE:
- After ascertaining the matter, we will provide the response and resolution. In case the resolution is likely to take longer time, we will update you with the status.
- In case of no revert of any further clarification, if any, from your side within 7 days from the date of such resolution, the company shall treat the complaint as closed at its end.
